The birth of a baby is one of life’s most precious events. And the excitement and anticipation that surrounds welcoming a newborn into the world is a time to remember and cherish.

Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital has been the Birthplace of the Shoals for many, many generations and we have been privileged to share in the joy of this special time. We now have a wonderful way for parents, grandparents, relatives and friends to commemorate this special event by honoring or memorializing the babies born here with a plaque on the Blessings from Above Baby Wall.

For a gift of $100, your baby’s actual footprint will be engraved on a lovely plaque which will include the baby’s full name and birth date. The plaque will be displayed for all of our families and visitors to see on the beautiful Baby Wall located within The Women’s Pavilion.

You may also wish to purchase a crystal clear glass medallion(s) etched with the same footprint and birth date, to use as a sparkling sun-catcher or a commemorative Christmas ornament or to display in your office, for an additional contribution of $25 each.
