Normally, pictures are posted within 72 hours (working days) of picture transmission. Saturday and Sunday are not working days and therefore are not counted as part of this 72 hour time frame.

Welcome to Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital online nursery. Please allow up to five days after the baby goes home from the hospital for photographs to appear online.

To access a baby's photo, you will need two passwords. These are given to the mother while she's still in the hospital if she agrees to have her baby's photograph appear in our online nursery. Photos are not posted in the online nursery unless the mother signs a consent form. Please note that some mothers may choose not to have their babies' photographs posted online.

How can I get a password?
If a mother chooses to have her baby's photograph posted in our online nursery, she will be given two passwords to share with family and friends. It is up to the mother to share these passwords. Please do not call ECM Hospital for the passwords; the hospital does not have access to any password.

I'm a new mom but I've forgotten my passwords - what do I do?
The first password is a combination of 13 numbers and letters that can be found above the barcode on the order form given to you at the hospital. The second password is the first four letters of the mother's last name. If you are a new mom and have been given passwords to share, but have forgotten them or are having trouble accessing your baby's picture, call Hospital Baby Portraits at 1-800-431-1868 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST).

The baby's mother has given me the passwords, but I'm having trouble viewing the photo - what do I do?
After you've confirmed with the mother that the passwords are correct, please call Hospital Baby Portraits at 1-800-431-1868 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST). Please keep in mind that baby photos are only posted AFTER the baby has been released from the hospital.

When are baby photos posted?
Please allow up to five days after the baby goes home from the hospital for photographs to be posted. If after this timeframe the baby's photograph still cannot be viewed, please call Hospital Baby Portraits at 1-800-431-1868 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) for assistance.

When can I see a preemie?
Babies who need care in the NICU will have their photos posted up to five days after they go home from the hospital.

How long are pictures online?
Currently, baby photos are available for viewing for at least three months.

Can I change/correct the information displayed on my baby’s web page?
To make changes or corrections to a baby’s page please call Hospital Baby Portraits at 1-800-431-1868 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST).
