J.W. Sommer Rehabilitation Unit is located on the east side of Shoals Hospital (side closest to Wal-Mart). A parking area is available in the rear of the building for rehab visitors. A drive-up parking area is available for patient delivery and pick-up.

Monday through Friday: 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
