Physician Orientation

Welcome to the Shoals Hospital Physician Orientation Site. This site is designed to assist new physicians joining the staff of Shoals Hospital, as well as serve as annual training for all staff physicians. Please review the information enclosed in the document entitled “Physician Orientation and Annual Retraining.” Once you complete the session, please print the Completion Certificate and bring it to Jennifer Embry in Medical Staff Services. The certificate will be placed in your file.
